"Therapy is a place where you can exhale, let out the ache of holding it all in,
rediscover your Self, and share your deepest pain while being met with compassion and nonjudgment."

I work with people who feel weighted down by a loud inner critic or those who describe experiences of emotional intensity. Many feel the pressure to hide behind protective masks and have lost touch with their authentic self. My clients desire to trust themselves, understand their behaviors and emotions, and feel an inner anchor of steadiness. In sessions you can exhale and let go of keeping it all together. Healing happens in the presence of another where nothing is "too much" and you are completely seen.

My Approach

How I Work in the
Therapy Room

I offer gentle attunement and listen to understand your inner world, your patterns, and the thought and emotional reactions keeping you stuck. My approach combines mindfulness, self-awareness, self-compassion, and nervous system work to create inner safety that leads to real transformation, the kind that lasts beyond our work together.

Modalities I Use:
Somatic Therapy CBT DBT Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Is This You?

You have an inner critic that never seems to take a vacation
You want to live from your authentic self and remove your protective masks
You're a people pleaser and want to grow in self-trust and find your own voice
You experience intense emotional states and reactivity, and you want to change those patterns

If that resonates, we might be a great fit.
