Are you navigating difficult relationships that affect your ability to connect, communicate, and thrive within your family, relationship, or everyday life? Do you feel overwhelmed, lost, or spiritually disconnected by the pressure to hold it all together, live up to others' expectations, or carry generational pain without a space to process it? Would you like to work with a Black, Christian-faith-based, client-centered, and holistic therapist who understands your needs?

Is This You?

You've been holding a lot in, and you're finally ready to find your voice
You're the "strong one," but inside you're feeling overwhelmed and exhausted
You rely on humor to get through, but you know you need deeper emotional processing and support
You look highly functional on the outside, but inside you're carrying real stress and emotional overwhelm
You want your faith to be part of your strength, not something you have to separate from your healing

If that resonates, we might be a great fit.

A Bit About Me

I lean on humor as my primary coping tool, and my faith gives me the strength to keep moving forward. Through reading scripture, I find the words and courage to speak; it guides me and gives me clarity, especially when I can't find them on my own.

My own experiences and hardships drove me to enter the mental health field, and I wanted to give people struggling with similar issues a chance to move forward. My interests are fitness, watching my favorite shows, traveling, hanging out with my family and friends, and helping the community.

Also Offered

Beyond therapy, I also offer financial services, supporting individuals in making decisions that align with their values, goals, and belief systems.
