Licensed Professional Counselor
She / Her
"Therapy with me is a space for authenticity, self-discovery, and a little bit of silliness,
because growth doesn't have to be all serious."
Starting therapy is no easy feat. It's a vulnerable space that delves into the nuances of how we, as complex beings, show up in the world. Often the way we show up is shaped by many factors: family of origin, cultural background, relationships, trauma, fear, socioeconomic status, identities, self-talk, and more. As a person-centered therapist, I'm committed to meeting you where you are and following your process as you explore the parts that may need extra love and tending to.

How I Work in the
Therapy Room
I believe healing begins when you find safety within the therapeutic relationship and can turn to your counselor for warmth, validation, and the freedom to speak your truth without judgment. I offer direct feedback in a gentle way, and I'll always check in with you (and your partner, if we're doing relationship counseling) about how you're feeling in session and whether you'd like me to take a different approach. In my practice, I focus on connection as a tool for supporting you in making attainable changes, at your pace, that feel good to you. Everyone has their own unique needs and experiences, so I take an eclectic approach because we are not one size fits all.
Is This You?
If that resonates, we might be a great fit.
