She / Her
Hi, I'm Kiren.
My goal is to help you understand patterns, improve communication, and strengthen connections while supporting your emotional well-being.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, cultural expectations, trust concerns, and life transitions. I help clients build healthier dynamics, strengthen boundaries, and improve connection within themselves and their relationships.
Areas I Support
How I Work in the
Therapy Room
I take a collaborative approach and tailor therapy to your needs. I draw from family systems therapy, attachment-focused strategies, and trauma-informed approaches. I also incorporate hypnotherapy and awareness of how emotions show up in the body when helpful. My work focuses on identifying relational patterns, improving communication, and supporting meaningful change for individuals, couples, and families.
Is This You?
If that resonates, we might be a great fit.
Credentials & Education
A Bit About Me
I'm the daughter of Pakistani immigrants and was raised in the United States. Growing up between cultures gave me insight into family expectations, independence, and identity. These experiences inform my work and shape the way I approach family dynamics across generations.
I became a therapist to help people untangle complicated relationships and develop healthier patterns. Therapy with me is about gaining clarity, strengthening your sense of self, and making intentional choices in your relationships.
