"Therapy offers a space where you can explore your experiences with compassionate curiosity,
feel safe and supported, and show up as you are without judgment."

I work with adolescents, students, adults, families, and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and begin making meaningful change. I often work with concerns related to stress, self-esteem, communication, and the intersection of faith and spirituality with mental health. I believe healing begins with empathy, and that therapy can offer a supportive space to explore your experiences with compassionate curiosity and move toward greater insight and self-trust.

My Approach

How I Work in the
Therapy Room

My approach is integrative and tailored to each person's unique needs. Our work together isn't a one-size-fits-all system. Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and paced in a way that feels manageable for you, while still supporting meaningful growth. I draw from approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive and behavioral strategies, family systems perspectives, and mindfulness, depending on what feels most helpful. In our work together, we may explore patterns, build practical tools, and deepen insight into your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and grounded, where you can show up as you are.

Modalities I Use:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Internal Family Systems (IFS) Mindfulness-Based (MBCT) Somatic Therapy Narrative Person-Centered Family / Marital Interpersonal Sandplay Trauma-Focused Culturally Sensitive Multicultural

Is This You?

You're navigating a life transition and trying to make sense of what you're feeling
You've been reflecting on how you've shown up in the past and how you want to show up moving forward
You're noticing patterns in your relationships or emotions and want to understand them more fully
You're looking for a space where you don't have to filter yourself to be heard
You've been the one others rely on, and you're starting to wonder what that's really been like for you

If that resonates, we might be a great fit.

A Bit About Me

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, listening to music, and tending to my garden. I appreciate a good book or podcast recommendation, especially something I can listen to while working away on a project or puzzle. I take my work seriously, but I don't take myself too seriously.
