"Therapy is a place to understand yourself more clearly
so you can start making different choices."

I work with adults and couples who feel stuck in patterns they don't fully understand but know aren't working. Many of my clients are dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, caregiving stress, or major life transitions and want more clarity and control over how they respond. I also have experience supporting individuals and families navigating serious illness, where stress, uncertainty, and emotional strain can take a real toll. I believe real change comes from understanding the deeper patterns driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, not just managing symptoms. Therapy is a space where we slow things down, make sense of what's happening, and help you move forward in a way that actually feels different.

My Approach

How I Work in the
Therapy Room

My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in curiosity. I'll help you notice patterns, challenge assumptions, and connect current struggles to deeper experiences. Sessions are a mix of reflection and practical work, depending on what you need. For some, that means learning ways to manage anxiety or communicate more effectively; for others, it means working through the emotional weight of caregiving or health-related stress. The goal is insight that leads to meaningful, lasting change.

Modalities I Use:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Existential-Humanistic Motivational Interviewing Person-Centered Psychodynamic Therapy

Is This You?

You find yourself reacting in ways you don't fully understand
You tend to overthink or get stuck in your head
You're carrying a lot for others and don't have much space for yourself
You want better relationships but keep repeating the same patterns
You're ready to understand yourself more deeply

If that resonates, we might be a great fit.

A Bit About Me

Outside of work, I tend to keep things pretty simple. I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, and finding ways to slow things down when life gets busy. I'm also a big music fan and spend a lot of time listening to and discovering new artists. I try to bring that same grounded, real energy into the therapy room.
