"Healing isn't about reaching a summit alone.
It's about having support through every part of the climb."

I work with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and life transitions. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what's coming up, and build tools that actually feel usable in your real life. I believe healing isn't about fixing what's "wrong" with you. It's about understanding your patterns, honing your inner strengths, reconnecting with yourself, and creating more flexibility and choice. You don't have to race to the summit or climb the mountain of life alone.

My Approach

How I Work in the
Therapy Room

My style is collaborative, warm, and attuned. I want you to feel like you can show up exactly as you are in this space. Sessions with me are a mix of exploration and practical skill-building, where we follow your pace while also working toward meaningful change. I'll be curious and reflective, and at times direct when it's helpful, especially in noticing patterns or gently challenging what's keeping you stuck. I often integrate approaches like DBT and EMDR (when appropriate) to support both insight and deeper healing. Above all, my goal is for therapy to feel grounding, supportive, and genuinely useful in your day-to-day life.

Modalities I Use:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) EMDR Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) Humanistic Motivational Interviewing Narrative Therapy Solution-Focused

Is This You?

You're navigating a big life transition and questioning who you are or what comes next
You know why you feel the way you do rationally, but you're stuck in that "emotional" mind
You feel stuck in patterns with food, exercise, or your body
You want to feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, or behaviors
You've been through things that still show up in your body, your relationships, or your sense of safety

If that resonates, we might be a great fit.

A Bit About Me

Outside of sessions, I'm usually running my very active dog or getting out into the mountains, whether that's backcountry skiing or exploring new trails. I love a good balance of adventure and slowing down, like wine tasting with my partner, reading for multiple book clubs, trying delicious new restaurants, attending concerts, or working on a crafting project.
