Living in a hyper-individualistic culture like the U.S., we’re often taught to tough things out, handle challenges on our own, and view asking for help as a sign of weakness. But the truth is, reaching out takes immense courage, humility, and strength. This is especially true when you’ve spent years navigating life’s challenges alone, feeling disconnected from parts of yourself, or struggling within important relationships. My hope is to create a space where you feel deeply seen and supported: a space where healing becomes both possible and empowering.
I believe therapy works best when it’s tailored to you: your story, your needs, your rhythm. I work with individuals and couples navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, perinatal mental health, substance use concerns, codependency, family and relational issues, and school-related stress. Many of us carry emotional patterns and protective parts that once helped us survive but now leave us feeling stuck. Together, we’ll meet these patterns with curiosity and compassion, finding new ways to support your growth, wellbeing, and connection with others.
Therapy with me is a collaborative, client-led process. You bring the wisdom of your experience. I bring presence, perspective, and tools for the journey. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk alongside you, whether individually or as a couple, as you reconnect with your inner resilience, rewrite old narratives, and move toward the life and relationships you want to cultivate.
My own life experiences have deeply shaped how I show up as a therapist. I know what it’s like to feel lost or uncertain, to long for change, and to have parts of yourself that are challenging to work with. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a space that’s grounded, attuned, and infused with the kind of care that truly makes a difference.
I may be a good fit for you if you’re seeking a thoughtful, collaborative space to navigate life changes, explore identity, strengthen relationships, address substance use concerns, or work through anxiety, depression, or perinatal mental health challenges. I work with clients ages 12 and up, supporting both individuals and couples through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.
I offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults, as well as couples therapy at this time. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and rooted in existentialism and a deep respect for each client’s unique path. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and nervous system regulation techniques into our work. My goal is to empower individuals and couples to identify and move toward the meaningful changes they envision through intentional, compassionate therapeutic work.
