I work with adults who feel “stuck”—whether that means being caught in patterns that no longer serve them, feeling disconnected from their goals, or struggling to move forward after a major life change. Together, we explore what’s holding you back and uncover new possibilities for future growth and healing. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, creating space for you to connect with your own inner wisdom and discover what truly matters to you.
I’ve always been fascinated by the human experience—why we do the things we do, what gives our lives meaning, and what our deeper purpose might be. When I took my first psychology class at 19, I was instantly captivated. I knew I wanted to do something related to psychology someday, but life had other plans. As a single mom, I focused on keeping a roof over our heads and food on the table. The work I did paid the bills, but it didn’t feed my soul. Eventually, I realized I needed something more—something that felt more aligned with who I really am. So in 2008, I went back to school and earned my B.A. in Psychology and Spirituality from Antioch University, followed by an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from LIOS, Saybrook University.
Over the years, I’ve also explored a variety of spiritual paths and healing practices. I’ve studied evolutionary astrology for nearly three decades, became a certified Quantum Human Design practitioner, and I’m currently in training as a shamanic practitioner. Each of these experiences has helped me see how deeply connected we all are—to ourselves, to one another, and to something greater.
I truly believe that our mental health is intertwined with every part of our being—our bodies, emotions, thoughts, energy, relationships, ancestry, and spirituality. Healing happens on many levels, and it’s most powerful when we approach it holistically. My goal is to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, make choices that feel aligned, and gently release the patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
